Note: when selecting omni as MIDI Channel, the Instrument will respond to all incoming MIDI messages, independently of the MIDI Port and Channel your keyboard or controller is set to. When loading more than one Instrument to the Rack, KONTAKT automatically assigns the next available MIDI channel to any additional Instrument. If you want to change this assignment, open the Midi Channel drop-down menu from the Instrument's Header and select the MIDI Port and Channel you want to use for this particular Instrument. In this example, the Instrument is assigned to Port and to MIDI Channel 1. This information is displayed in the Midi Ch box in the Instrument Header.
